A small high-country community surrounded by the Prescott national forest, so it is high priority to protect our forest and be good stewards of its health.  As an HOA we strive to foster a friendly atmosphere that exists in harmony with our neighbors and with nature.  We pledge to be responsive to our members’ needs and always consider what is best for the entire community.
